High quality inkjet print of digitally hand drawn artwork. All of our designs are printed onto 230gsm archival matte paper in our home studio.

All work is illustrated in house and has a small border around the edges. Colours may vary according to printer settings.

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless stated otherwise. Please note that if you'd like your order to be posted with tracked shipping, you need to ensure that this option is selected at checkout before purchasing. Standard delivery does not include tracking.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any of your prints you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@twinkleprints.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send out instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers will be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return. Buyers will also be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect/ faulty.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Your print will be packaged in a cellophane bag with thick cardboard backing, and posted in a flat recyclable cardboard envelope to avoid creasing.
